Site Acquisition is the leasing of sites for erection of Telecommunication Towers. Our Services include: - Site Identification, Leasing Services, Contracting Agreements & Securing of Permitting Services
Our design team undertakes Site Surveys and develops Site Designs for the acquired sites. This involves coordinating geotechnical soil survey, approved drawings and site designs to ensure accurate and ecient structures are generated towards satisfying our clients’ requirements.
We undertake all civil works pertaining to the construction of telecommunication sites. These include Set out and Excavation, Steel fixing and Rebar, Casting and Tower erection & wall construction.
Installation is carried out by our team of qualified engineers and technicians in accordance to the recommendations of equipment vendors and operator requirements to ensure that all scope of work has been carried out as per design. All our personnel are fully qualified possessing certification for work at height, first air with accordance to Industrial EHS specifications.
This involves equipment installation i.e. for GSM BTS, NodeB & eNodeB onsite hardware installation and power terminations. Thereafter integration of the equipment to the network through a transmission medium (Fiber, Microwave Radio or VSAT). Before handing over a new site, we perform site acceptance with our customers to make sure we achieve high satisfaction rate.
This involves Microwave ODU and IDU installation, IF cable installation and termination. Point to point Microwave radio panning to achieve the optimal Signal Strength line of site connection between two or more hops as guided by the link budget calculations.
Step 1: We carry out extensive tests to ensure that all elements of the equipment are functioning as per the requirements from the operators.
Step 2: A quality audit is then undertaken and submitted to the operator/service provider for acceptance.
